This vintage Arabic oud was handcrafted in Damascus, Syria, by the legendary Syrian oud maker Sempat Der Bedrossian in 1948.
Sempat Der Bedrossian is considered one of the greatest traditional Arabic oud makers, known for instruments with a comfortable size, excellent sound, and exceptional craftsmanship.
The oud is 100% authentic, featuring a walnut and beech wood bowl paired with an aged spruce soundboard.
The neck is decorated with bone and wood inlays, a design rarely seen in Sempat Der Bedrossian ouds, and the rosettes are made of bone.
