Shipping Policy

Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.

Once the payment is received, the instrument is securely packed using protective materials and prepared for shipment. The customer will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number once the package has been dispatched.

After the order is shipped, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Additionally, an online tracking link will be provided.

While we always ensure safe packaging and reliable shipping services, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost during transit.

Moreover, the customer shall be responsible of any possible customs fees.

We take great care in packaging every instrument. However, if severe damage occurs during shipping, a full refund will be offered.

If the instrument requires only minor repairs, we will refund the repair cost plus an additional 10% of the instrument’s price as compensation.

Please contact us immediately and provide photos if damage is detected upon delivery.

All listed prices include standard shipping via official postal services.

Delivery usually takes 10–14 business days, depending on the destination country and postal processing times.

For customers who prefer faster delivery, express shipping can be arranged for an additional fee.

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of vintage musical instruments and international shipping logistics, instruments cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
